At CMS, we know that you'll like our services so much that we'll give all new clients a full day at our half-day rate on a 1-day-job (or get the last day free on multi-day jobs); --While NPO's & Senior Citizens save 25% ongoing! You'll save hundred$, -& we'll get to show you why you should use our faster, highly-professional team for all your future project needs!  See, scheduling a time-block of handyman services saves you the expense of needing detailed estimates done & forgoes the time it takes us to visit your location beforehand.  This approach allows you to do improvements incrementally as your budget allows.  Our handymen are experienced craftsmen, who will show up at the scheduled time, prepared to start work immediately. To help CMS to better serve your needs & save valuable time; --Create a "To-Do" list (which could be as simple as a text message) & send it to us. CMS will schedule an appointment & get the job done. 

~Handyman Service Payments can be made by cash, cashiers’ check, or Go Green & save even more by using [credit/debit card] via PayPal. Click the PAY$AFE W/ PAYPAL button (preferred method of payment)]. Deposits generally required in advance; -with additional or unforeseen contingencies billed after the fact. Rotting Wood: Roach-Motels in the Rough!
Is Aged & Damaged Siding Hurting Your Home's Equity in More than One way?

Joe & Mary had a problem; -- Roaches; -& not only roaches but an ever increasing myriad of bugs - from ants to silverfish! It almost seemed like their house was becoming a magnet for such pests! They also noticed that it was costing more to heat & cool the place.

Well, it turns out that the original siding on the house was getting old & beginning to rot out close to the ground.  The rotting wood was beginning to mold & was full of entry holes. Because many insects can actually eat rotting wood as well as the funguses that live on it; --the house was becoming a haven for pests.

Soon after making that discovery, Joe & Mary learned that damaged siding can lead to even more serious problems - as things from the outside like rain & debris get inside the walls! There have been cases where mold growth actually forced people to leave their own homes! And, damaged siding really does a hatchet-job on a home's equity - the very thing that many people will use to assist their retirement!

Joe & Mary didn't have lots of money to spend on home repairs, -but, they knew that waiting might be disastrous! So, they contacted Charles Moody Services for a consultation.  What they learned after the consultation changed everything!  What the consultant from Charles Moody Services told them was that most of their siding was still good. It was only a section about a meter off the ground -all the way around the house that had been damaged by rain-splatter over the years. So, rather than buy new siding for the entire house, the consultant suggested having the good siding repainted as part of a "Ground Effects Package" for their house; -- And ask the bank to fund the entire upgrade with an equity line.  Considering that the package would address the deterioration, repair the breaches, protect against future moisture splatter-damage & add equity to the house (& look wonderful); --the presumption was that a bank would happily provide such a reasonable loan.  And the bank did!  Money was no longer an issue!

So what is a "Charles Moody Ground Effects Home Package"? Well, basically - it's a rock-hard surface that goes around the perimeter of a building for:
